Setup instructions to allow for realm based authentication for incoming email:
  1. Open Mac Mail, click the word "Mail" at the top left.
  2. Click Preferences, click Accounts.
  3. Click on the Account Information tab.
  4. Make sure the following is listed in the boxes:
    1. Description: POP Account
    2. Email address: FULL email address (xxx@zona.net)
    3. Full Name: first and last name
    4. Incoming mail server: pop.zona.net
    5. User Name: FULL email address (xxx@zona.net)
    6. Password: password
  5. Close Mac Mail.
  6. This completes the setup.
