| Instructions for Microsoft Outlook |

Setup instructions to allow for realm based authentication for incoming email:
This document covers Microsoft Outlook versions 2002 and up.
- Open Outlook and click "Tools" then "Email Accounts", select "View or change existing email accounts" and click "Next".
- Highlight "pop.zona.net" and click "Change".
- Enter the following in the boxes:
- Your Name: first and last name
- Email address: full email address (xxx@zona.net)
- Incoming mail server: pop.zona.net
- Outgoing mail server: smtp.zona.net
- User Name: full email address (xxx@zona.net)
- Password: password
- Click "Test Account Settings", make sure "Log onto incoming mail server has a green check mark and the status shows "Completed".
- Click "Next" and then "Finish".
- Close Microsoft Outlook and restart it.
- This completes the setup.
